Updating Owner Profile Information
Open the Global Pet Security app on your mobile device.
Your personal profile pertains to your information as the account owner. This is not the same as your pet profiles. To edit Name, Phone #, Email Address, Street Address, or Password, follow the steps below. (Any changes made will reflect owner info for “All” pets in the account.)
1. To access your (Personal Profile) tap the "3 bar menu" icon located at the bottom right of your screen.
2. Tap "My Profile" at the top of the screen.
3. Select the information you want to edit.
4. Enter the updated details.
5. Tap "Save" at the bottom of the screen
