The Global Pet Security lost and found function makes the recovery process of your pet as easy as possible. Anyone can scan your pet's tag with their phone camera. When they do, they’ll be able to view your contact info, while you'll also receive a notification with the google location of where your pet is, so you can be reunited.

To mark your pet as missing follow the steps below.

1.  Access your homepage (My Pets) list by tapping the "Paw" icon located at the bottom left of your screen.
2.  Choose the pet profile you would like to mark as missing by tapping on the profile image.
3.  Once the correct profile has been selected, scroll down below your pet’s bio and tap the “My Pet Is Missing” tab.
4. Follow the app prompts to enter your pet's last known location, as well as the date and time it went missing.
5.  Tap “ok” to confirm. This will send out a missing pet notification to nearby users of the Global Pet Security App, and mark the pet’s public profile as missing.

This feature in the Global Pet Security App offers pet owners the ability to quickly and easily view the scan history of their pet's tags. It's easy to access detailed information about each scan, including the address, date, time, and the precise location on a map.
